REGISTRATION
The 2026 Northeast Bat Working Group annual meeting will be held at the Saratoga Springs Hilton, located in the center of Saratoga Springs, New York. Two breakfasts, a lunch, and a poster session party with appetizers are all included in addition to sessions with refreshments during breaks. Registration is now open. For 2026, you may now reserve your room at the Hilton. Our event room rate is $126. Please note, registrations fees listed below are for early registration and will be available at this rate until 12/21. Early registration will end after 12/21.
